Selection and Fit
We have bikes for beginners to pro riders and everybody in between. Everybody is different, so our goal is to find the right bike for you. We’ll make sure you’re on the correct size and adjust the fit accordingly. We have many years of bike-fitting experience, and we look forward to getting you the right bike.

We also offer a more detailed professional fitting for those who wish to get a more fine-tuned fit analysis.

Tech Support
We offer top-notch service in our Tech Center. Each bicycle is assembled by professionally trained mechanics who love what they do. All of our bikes reach the sales floor in ready-to-ride condition.

All bikes purchased from us are eligible for free adjustments for 18 months. Our factory-authorized mechanics will check shifting, braking, and give the bike a safety check. Most stores offer 6 or 12 months. We offer a full year and a half of free adjustments!

After your 18 month break-in period, our staff can handle any future repairs, too. Our goal is a maximum 48-hour turnaround on most repairs in-season (unless we have to order parts), with most free adjustments done same
