SHEBOYGAN BICYCLE COMPANY

Welcome to the Sheboygan Bicycle Company! We are proud to be Sheboygan’s newest and the area’s only Trek Bicycle Company dealer.
Located in the beautiful downtown district of Sheboygan.
This bike shop was created for the bike obsessed, by the bike obsessed. Both Brian and myself ride everyday and know firsthand of the products we sell. We also went out of our way to offer you the best products from Wisconsin based companys including Trek, Mt. Borah, Saris Products, Planet Bike and don’t forget Sheboygan’s own Wigwam to name just a few. We even bank at a Wisconsin based bank. When you purchase from us you invest in your local community!
One of our main interests will be the commuting aspect of the cycling industry. We will be focusing on providing the Sheboygan area with the hardware and knowledge to ditch the car and ride to work or school. This aspect is near and dear to my heart. More on this later……
Both Brian and I are pumped to be able to do this to the point of losing sleep! This is really a dream come true for us! We are in the process of gearing up and hope to be open by May 1st.
Check back soon for more info!

Let The Demolition Begin!

We made some huge progress towards opening the new store in the last 2 days.

It’s official:
The new address will be 804 N. 8th St. in downtown Sheboygan across from Mead Public Library.
Our phones should be hooked up in a week.
The new phone number will be 920-208-8735(TREK).
Stay tuned for more updates.

Game On

Work on the new shop is going very well.
I’m waiting for a snag to show its ugly head but so far none to be seen.
We hope to be open well before our goal.
D & B

Update.

Things are going well. We are still in the nuts and bolts of shop setup and that’s been hard work, but fun. Starting everything from scratch leaves everything open with a million possibilities. Some issues have so many angles you just need to pick two or three and flip a coin.

Here’s our awesome view of downtown Sheboygan. I can’t believe Steve D parked right in the way of the vista. Thanks to Steve for all the help! I think we are ahead of schedule and could slow take a breather, its still full speed ahead! I hope to be ready for displays in about a week!
Then comes inventory.
Our initial order shows 86 bikes but I think Brian might want to changes.
I’m already planning the grand opening. May 1st and 2nd. Mark your calendars.
Come visit soon.

A Ton of Bikes

Literally! 70 bikes at 30lbs per bike box = 2100 + lbs of brand new Trek, Fisher, and Mirra bikes! The wrenches will soon be spinning at Sheboygan Bicycle Company! We also made a trip up to Green Bay over the weekend and purchased a bunch of displays and fixtures. Things are starting to move at lightning pace! Stay tuned.…

SOLD!

Friday we sold our first bike!
And we are still two weeks from opening.
We did put Neil’s bike on our first order knowing it was sold.
When we received the bike last week we put it in the window and teased Neil that he could not pick it up until we were officially open. He was seen staring into the shop windows on several occasions. We decided to stop torturing him and called him Friday to come and get it.
He was over in about 7 minutes.
This is an awesome bike for a retail price of under 2 grand. Solid components that I myself would be proud to run (and I do!).
If your not into carbon frames( its aluminum) and want a fast and racey MTB this is the one for you.
In fact, we already sold two.
Stop on in, Brian ordered a couple more…..
